Booth Vendor Chairpersons

The Seymour Apple Festival Committee is very excited for the 2024 Festival and look forward to seeing you September 12, 13, 14.

While attending the Apple Festival, you will be able to view over 125 booths of arts and crafts created by crafters from around the area. All of these booths are located on the downtown city square.

Attached are the Vendor Guidelines and Regulations along with a Vendor Application – please read these and feel free to contact any of the committee members:

Booth Vendors

  • The festival committee reserves the right to select applications based on previous year’s review, new and different types of crafts, and variety to have a balanced show.
  • The fee for a Courtyard/Street space (No Electrical) is $75.00 for 10'x10'.
  • The fee for a Courtyard/Street space (Electrical) is $125.00 for 10'x10' & you must provide a 50' extension cord).
  • Jury Fee $10.00; Mandatory for all Vendors.
  • If you require more than a 10'x10' space an additional booth space will need to be purchased. If more than 2 spaces are needed please reach out to the Vendor Committee.
  • Each vendor is responsible for their own protection from the weather and any & all set up like tables, chairs, tents, etc.
  • DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL EMAIL FROM THE COMMITTEE.

Food Vendors

  • Food vendors are by invitation only based upon the previous year attendees and the types of food being provided.
  • The Apple Festival committee restricts you from selling corn dogs, caramel apples, apple pie, apple cider slush, smoked pork or chicken dinners.
  • Food Truck Vendor (up to 30') @ $500.00 (if more space needed please reach out to Guy Gerard).
  • All Food Vendors must abide by Webster County Health Department regulations & any permits they require. Those rules are available by calling 417-859-2532. The Health Department will inspect all food booths.
  • DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL EMAIL FROM THE COMMITTEE.
